Oakhurst Leaflet Delivery
Kimberly Zwaagstra, Circulation Coordinator for the Oakhurst Leaflet is looking for a few good volunteers for open routes. Without delivery volunteers our residents would not receive the Oakhurst Leaflet! See below for the open routes:

Here’s what’s involved to join the esteemed crew of delivery folks:

Pick up your package of newsletters from the front porch at 131 Jefferson Place on the Saturday of each delivery weekend. Newsletters will already be bundled in the appropriate numbers for the route(s) and will be filed in alphabetical order by name of delivery person. |

Deliver the newsletters to the households on the assigned street(s) by Sunday evening on each official "delivery weekend." There are often many time-sensitive bits of information in the Leaflet, so this is particularly important. An annual schedule is available for advance planning and email reminders are sent the week before each delivery. Average delivery routes take approximately 20-30 minutes per month to complete. |
